Current Opportunities

Newtown EMS accepts applications on a rolling basis and maintains an applicant pool for future openings. Applications are reviewed as positions become available.

We are currently accepting applications for:

Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)

• EMTs provide essential emergency medical care, including patient assessment, emergency treatment, and safe transportation while working alongside other EMS professionals to deliver high-quality care.

 

Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT)

• AEMTs provide an advanced level of prehospital care, including expanded assessment and treatment capabilities while supporting both BLS and ALS operations.

 

Paramedic

• Paramedics provide advanced life support care, including critical patient assessment, advanced interventions, medication administration, and emergency medical treatment in time-sensitive situations.
